Instructions Korean BBQ
Clean Flank steak and remove excess fat and membrane from the steak and wrap it in saran wrap and freeze. Remove steak from freezer and allow to thaw for approximately 1 hour. Slice steak across the grain in very thin slices.
Cut carrots and onions in thin julienne strips (we use a mandolin for our carrots) and add them to the sliced steak. Add onions sliced thin, freshly grated ginger, and fresh minced garlic to the steak and then add Korean BBQ marinade add let marinade for at least 4 hrs. or overnight if possible.
Pre heat a skillet and add sesame oil until hot then add the marinated steak to the skillet and cook until meat is done. Serve with rice.
